Camera Trapping for Mammal Records, Zoom - 26/05/2022
A new project to engage camera trappers and promote the recording of Mammals (& Birds) from captures on your wildlife camera.
This zoom talk will introduce you to the various mammals you are likely to capture on camera and how to make identifications of the various species. You'll learn how to make biological records of your captures including transfering images and video to computer and taking screenshots and snips to attach to online recording sites.
If you have a wildlife camera / trail camera trap and you'd like to start using it to record mammals living locally to you do join this free zoom event. Participants should be willing to set up a camera trap and make bioloigcal records of their captures.
Following the zoom talk you will set up your camera and help will be on hand from our Vice County Mammal Recorders & BIS for identifications and biological recording.
