The Brecon Beacons National
Park provides a home to a wide variety of species in the varied habitats and
landscapes within the park. This informative talk on World Wildlife Day will
showcase some of these species, the efforts being made to protect them, and
the habitat they live in. You'll find out places you can go to discover
wildlife for yourself in the Brecon Beacons.
This event is one of a series
BIS are running to promote the wildlife that makes its home within the Brecon
Beacons National Park (BBNP) and is thanks to funding from the Brecon Beacons
National Park and CLIF bar. Although it's focus is on the BBNP and promoting
wildlife to individuals and communities within the Park the topics covered
will be equally valid across Wales and the UK.
